The petitioner claims that since after receiving appointment orders by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education on 12th September 2019 he joined Odalchua ST High School, Jhargram. He went to join the school but could not do so since there was no managing committee and there was no administration. According to the petitioner, the school is not functional.

The petitioner request to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the Board in this regard for posting to any school in the alternative.

In that view of the matter, since the West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall consider the petitioner's representation for posting to another school which is fully functional with managing committee and administration within a

period of one month from date of communication of a copy of this order. If any such recommendation is made, the same shall be communicated to the Board immediately who shall issue appointment. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
