1. This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Rajarhat to dispose of the injunction application filed in Title Suit (Com) No. 8 of 2025 expeditiously.

2. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the injunction application is pending since April 2025.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

4. From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that 10th November 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the injunction application and for hearing of the point of acceptance of the written statement.

5. In the light of the submission of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO 3503 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge,

Commercial Court at Rajarhat to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed i.e. on 10th November 2025 as well as the hearing on the point of acceptance of the written statement and to make endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
