Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Though no narcotic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, there are records of telephonic conversations between him and coaccused from whom narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered. Money trail has also been established. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
