CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2559 of 2013 In Re : Abdul Aziz Purkait ........Petitioner.

In the matter of : An application under Sections 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 30-04-2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kakdwip in connection with C. R. No.339 of 2006 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein in an execution case being M-Ex-6 of 2010, the learned Magistrate was pleased to direct execution of warrant of arrest.

The record of this revisional application reflects that on 22nd July, 2013 a co-ordinate Bench of this court was pleased to stay the proceedings pursuant to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.16,000/- to the wife/opposite party and the balance amount to be liquidated in five monthly equal installments and be paid along with the current maintenance.

Today when the matter has been taken up, this court has not been apprised of the order dated 22nd July, 2013 neither the record reflects that there has been any compliance of the order dated 22nd July, 2013.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2559 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
