Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. There is a typographical mistake in the order dated 5th April, 2022, in recording the year WPA 11343 of

2020 instead of WPA 11343 of 2021. Therefore, WPA 11343 of 2020 be read as WPA 11343 of 2021 in the said order dated 5th April, 2022.

The department is directed to do the needful. In the order dated 5th April, 2022 of this Court, where it has been recorded that petitioners will have to deposit 3.5% of the demand, it is clarified that the said demand will not include penalty and interest. Mr. Maiti, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents opposes this clarification.

By this order CAN/2/2022 in WPA 20484 of 2019 stands disposed of.
