Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the private respondents are both owners in respect of a property wherein the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the best part of the property and also trying to change the nature and character of the said property in spite of specific direction passed in Title Suit No. 127 of 2018.

Police authorities are in know-how of the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Petitioner and the private respondents are relations. Presently, there is new construction, according to the police authorities.

In view of the report submitted by the police authorities, if there are violations in respect of the order passed by the civil court, petitioner would bring the same to the notice of the civil court and in case, the civil court passes any direction upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect,

obey and implement the said order. Additionally, police authorities would oversee that there is no violation of breach of the peace.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22784 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
