Record reflects that the interim order was extended till December 19, 2012 and thereafter for the last ten years the same was never extended. Petitioner approached this court at a stage when process was issued after the Learned Magistrate was satisfied regarding offence being made out under Section 498 of the IPC against the present petitioner. As no information has been furnished before this Court and the issues raised by the petitioner is involving mixed question of fact and law, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 3722 of 2009 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
