Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Investigation has substantially progressed and attendance of the petitioner for purpose of investigation is not necessary.

Under such circumstances, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, to meet investigating officer once in a week till submission of police report and not to leave the jurisdiction of the police station concerned without obtaining prior leave of the investigating officer are waived. However, he shall meet the Officerin-Charge Nischinda P.S once a month until further orders. 4.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
