It appears from the record annexed to the writ petition that for redressal of his grievance petitioner has made a representation before the Income Tax Officer, Ward 38(1), Medinipur on 31st July, 2023 which is still pending and petitioner submits that even his reminder dated 14th August, 2023 has not been considered till date.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation this writ petition being WPA 22241 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing

to the petitioner and the private respondent No. 6 or their authorized representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
