This matter relates to shortfall of qualifying service of a teacher of 91 days. However, there is a provision in the D. C. R. B. Regulation of the State that the Principal Secretary of the School Education Department, West Bengal can condone the said shortfall and, therefore, I send this matter to the Principal Secretary, School Education Department, West Bengal for taking a decision in this regard after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
