The alleged contemnor appears personally in court and submits that despite the alleged contemnor's several attempts to elicit a report from the SDLRO, no such report has yet been furnished, for which the order under contempt could not be complied with till now. The court is prima facie satisfied that the personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is no longer necessary.
However, to bring the contentions of the alleged contemnor on record, the alleged contemnor is directed to file a short affidavit indicating the explanation to the noncompliance of the order.
Such affidavit shall be filed on the next returnable date, that is, on July 28, 2022.
Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with for the present.
