2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that „A‟ category scale of pay has already been granted to the petitioner from the date of declaration of the results, i.e. 22nd May, 2019 and as such the prayer of the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 23096 of 2024 is dismissed being infructuous.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
