1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the temporary injunction application filed in Title Suit No. 88 of 2021 expeditiously.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing and the same is pending from the year 2021.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 26th September, 2025 is fixed for hearing of the application for temporary injunction.

4. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon

the learned advocates representing him before the learned trial Court.

5. From the order sheet appended to this application and in the light of the submissions, C. O. No.3495 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 7th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas, to make an endeavour to dispose of the temporary injunction application as well as an application filed under Order 39 Rule 4 CPC as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
