The petitioner is praying for family pension for the death of her unmarried brother. However, the petitioner does not come within the meaning of the 'family' as has been defined in the DCRB Scheme of the State and, therefore, no family pension can be granted to her. If the petitioner is entitled to Gratuity, the authority will pay the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
