Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which her sons are treating her. In fact in the present case which has been preferred for execution being M-Ex Case No.132 of 2022. Arrears have accumulated to Rs.1,20,000/- and the sons are only paying a meagre amount of money.

Having regard to the manner in which the proceedings are progressing before the learned ACJM, Barasat, I direct that on 29th September, 2023 the learned Magistrate would only grant a fortnight's time to pay 25% of the amount. Rest of the 75% must be liquidated in three more equal instalments which would be fixed in the months of November, 2023, December, 2023 and January, 2024. Under no circumstances, the learned Magistrate would allow stretching of any time in the present execution case. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3549 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
