This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 20th December, 2024.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction on the respondent authorities and more particularly the Pradhan being the respondent no. 1 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28th March, 2024, there has been no compliance with the above direction. Despite service, the alleged contemnor remains unrepresented.

Mr. Tanweer J. Mondal, Advocate, who usually appears on behalf of State is present in Court and is directed to represent the alleged contemnor.

The appointment of Mr. Mondal be regularized by the Legal Remembrancer. A copy of the application for contempt is served on Mr. Mondal.

Mr. Mondal assures this Court that appropriate communication would be made with the respondent no. 1 i.e., the alleged contemnor to ensure compliance with the order dated 20th December, 2024 positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. In view of the above submissions, the instant application being CPAN 1612 of 2025 in WPA 11064 of 2024 stands disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 1 i.e., the alleged contemnor is to comply with the order dated 20th December, 2024 positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
