Heard the learned lawyers for both the parties. 2.

Petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are in custody for 57 days. Petitioner no. 2 is in custody for 65 days. Co-accused have been granted bail/anticipatory bail.

In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners, namely, Sukumar Giri, Tapas Das, Pradip Das @ Pradip Kr. Dash and Mihir Mallick, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram and on further conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. 5. In the event the petitioners fail to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without justifiable cause, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail in accordance with law without further reference to this court.
