1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an Indian citizen and she married with co-accused. He has been falsely implication in this case.

2. The learned prosecution drawn the attention of this Court to the report of page 76 of the case diary, which reveals the address of the petitioner. It was found that they are Bangladeshi national and have their address at Bangadesh. The petitioner is in advance stage of pregnancy as found from the document annexed. Considering the nature of allegation and that the investigation is still going on, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer.

3. Accordingly, the prayer cannot be entertained.

4. However, the concerned Correctional Home is directed to ensure that sufficient medical treatment be provided to the petitioner considering her advanced stage of pregnancy.

5. The prayer of the bail stands rejected.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
