2. The petitioners seek issuance of a writ condoning the delay in filing an application under Section 17 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, the said Act) by him before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Kolkata. The petitioners submit that they are willing to settle the account with the Bank.

3. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Bank with such proposal of settlement, if so advised.

4. In view of the afore-stated, no adjudication is required in the instant writ-petition.

5. WPA 22964 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
