Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 both were engaged as "Block Coordinators" under respondent nos.10 and 11 respectively, on contractual basis. He submits that the petitioners are entitled to get the financial benefits in terms of orders dated May 20, 2013, February 25, 2016 and February 28, 2019 issued by the State. He draws attention of this Court to a judgement and order dated April 7, 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (appearing at page 90 of the writ petition) and submits that by the said judgement, a Coordinate Bench of this Court granted the benefits of the said orders to the writ petitioners in that case.

A bare perusal of the writ petition, however, does not disclose that the petitioners made any representation before the respective Block

Development Officers seeking the benefits of the said circulars.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

The petitioners will be at liberty to make representations before their respective Block Development Officers seeking the benefits as prayed for in the writ petition within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. If the representations are made, the relevant Block Development Officers shall consider the same in accordance with law within one month thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 22262 of 2023 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
