The petitioner seeks transfer from Murasthi Primary School, Lowada Circle, Paschim Medinipur to any other school in Medinipur Sadar Rural Circle.

The petitioner has submitted medical certificate indicting her ailments and that she faces difficulty in travelling about 52 kilometers on a daily basis.

In that view of the matter, the Chairman, Paschim Medinipur DPSC shall refer the petitioner's case to the CMOH, Medinipur for confirmation of her medical condition.

If the medical condition of the petitioner and the difficulty in travelling are confirmed, the petitioner may be transferred to any school

in the block chosen, subject to availability of vacancy.

The entire process shall be carried out within a period of 45 days from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
