It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 23.02.2026 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet, instead of "cancellation of bail", it should actually be "relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail."

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 23.02.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner although the State is represented. No accommodation is sought. It appears that on the last occasion i.e. on 23.02.2026, no one represented the applicant or prayed for any adjournment when the matter was called on for hearing.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed for default.
