The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Santipur Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents, in-laws. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 30th November, 2022 issued by the In-Charge Fulia Outpost, PS Santipur, Ranaghat PD addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record. 3.

It appears from the report that on the complaint of the petitioner FIR being Santipur PS Case No.1217/22 dated 24th November, 2022 has been registered. Investigation into the aforesaid FIR has been completed and charge sheet being Santipur PS CS No.1210/22 dated 28th November, 2022 has been filed in the matter.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Santipur Police Station, Ranaghat PD.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
