The Central School Service Commission is not represented in spite of service, the said authority being the answering respondent, this Court appoints Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra and his junior Ms. Supriya Dubey to represent the Commission in this matter as they usually appear for the said authority, their appointments be regularized and a copy of the writ petition be served upon Ms. Dubey.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the Subject Philosophy at Bipradaspur High School, District : South 24-Parganas.

She was recommended for transfer to Tentulberia Anukul Chandra High School (H.S), District : South 24-Parganas but could not join

as there is no vacancy in the subject of the petitioner in the said school.

The petitioner's application for rerecommendation for transfer is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The Commission is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 22266 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
