1. This application is under Article 227 of the Constitution of India at the instance of the respondent in Ejectment Appeal No. 30 of 2023 praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the said appeal expeditiously.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the appeal is otherwise ready for hearing.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned Advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

4. From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that 21st November 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the appeal.

5. In view thereof, CO 3506 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas to make endeavour to take up the hearing of the ejectment appeal no. 30 of 2023 on the next date fixed i.e. on 20th November 2025, if the same is

otherwise ready for hearing and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
