The revisional application has been preferred in respect of the order dated 10.02.2012 passed in M.R. Case No.74 of 2011 dated 24.10.2011.

Having regard to the fact that the present application is under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that as the time constraints provided in the said Section have made the original application pending before the learned Executive Magistrate infructuous, no interference is called for at this stage by this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 2990 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
