The petitioner alleges violation of an order dated November 19, 2024.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a categorical direction on the Pradhan to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, the concerned Pradhan has not acted in terms of the order.

On behalf of Pradhan, it is submitted that pursuant to the above order, an opportunity for hearing has been given and a spot inspection has also been conducted. It is further submitted on behalf of Pradhan that a final report dealing with the subject representation will be made available

within a fortnight positively.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present contempt application. The Pradhan is directed to act accordingly.

CPAN 353 of 2025 stand disposed of.
