It appears from the record that 18th January, 2024 has been fixed for filing of additional written statement.

CO 3257 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the Money Suit No.247 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible on or before the month of September, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
