1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the injured has stated that the injured was in a drunken condition and the petitioner is innocent and his name is not mentioned in the FIR.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence and having regard to the statements of the injured which corroborates the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
