Versus

M/s. P.C. Mahajan & Sons The revisional application was preferred challenging the Complaint Case No.90901399157011 of 2011 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned ACJM, 4th Court, Meerut.

The petitioner was arrested and produced before the learned ACJM, Baruipur in connection with the said case and was granted bail with the further direction to submit a report of compliance by 4th September, 2012.

Having regard to the subject-matter which has been challenged and the jurisdiction of the court, I am of the view that no interference is called for in respect of the merits of the revisional application at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRR 3002 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
