1. Delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned and accordingly, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. In Re: MAT 1611 of 2025

2. Heard on admission.

3. This intra-Court appeal challenges the order of learned Single Judge dated 06.08.2025 passed in WPA 17712 of 2025 filed by appellants/petitioners. The learned Single Judge noticed that an ad-interim injunction was passed by the competent civil court in T.S. 15 of 2005. The State submitted a report and stated before learned Single Judge that there is a long standing land dispute between the appellants and private respondents. Learned Single Judge opined that despite injunction, if there is any breach of order passed by civil court, petitioners have to approach the said Court for redressing their grievances.

4. In our opinion, the learned Single Judge has taken the view, which is in consonance with law and no fault can be found in the said order. Thus, remedy of the appellants is elsewhere. No case is made out for admission. Admission is declined. The appeal is dismissed.

5. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
