Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the post mortem report and the statements of witnesses including an earlier statement of the victim and the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of two other accused was rejected earlier, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
