No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 4762 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Asansol South Police Station Case No. 308 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 under Sections 419/420/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

And In Re : Jaleswar Dubey ...... petitioner Mr. Rajendra Chaturvedi ....for the petitioner Mr. Shiladitya Banerjee ....for the State Police are proceeding against the petitioner on the allegations that the documents relating to the educational qualifications submitted by the petitioner while obtaining job as a teacher in a government aided school is forged. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4762 of 2022 is dismissed.
