Accordingly, the appeal FAT 603 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
It is jointly submitted by learned counsel that the exhibits in the suit are urgently needed to effect sale of the subject property before the ensuing puja. Considering this submission, we direct that the lower court records be expeditiously transmitted by a special messenger at the cost of the appellant to the learned court below so that the it positively reaches that court by 24th September, 2021.
