1. The writ petition was taken up for consideration yesterday (03.03.2025) and as none was present on behalf of the petitioners, the same stood dismissed for default. Thereafter, the same was orally mentioned by the learned advocate representing the petitioners for restoration. The Court restored the matter and directed the learned advocate for the petitioners to intimate the same to the learned advocate representing the State respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, none appears on behalf of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State respondents, even though not intimated, is present in Court.

3. The conduct of the learned advocate representing the petitioners cannot be appreciated.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed for default.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
