Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that his client would not like to press this application. In fact, it appears from the report that in connection with the case in question being Kaliachak PS Case No. 1820 of 2024, the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 were granted anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner no.7 was not even an accused in the said case. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.
