In Re : C.A.N. 1 of 2021 Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record. None appears on behalf of the opposite party to oppose the application.

This is an application for extension of the interim order passed in the matter.

The application although is appearing in the list but not on record.

Mr. Tanmay Mukherjee, learned Counsel for the petitioners files a photocopy of the said application, which is taken on record and be treated as the original.

The interim order passed in the matter on November 13, 2019 was in force till January 31, 2020.

The petitioners in the application have alleged that extension of the said order could not be prayed for before its expiry due to the illness of the petitioner no. 1 who looks after the instant

case and due to the intervention of the Covid-19 pandemic, the explanation is satisfactory, as such, the said interim order is reinforced till the end of the month of September, 2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

CAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

C.O. 3736 of 2019 Let the matter appear in the combined Monthly List of August, 2022 under the heading "Contested Application".

The petitioners are directed to send a notice to the opposite party communicating this order by Speed Post with Acknowledgement Due and to file affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
