The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Ramnagar Police Station, Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner complains that the private respondents have illegally constructed a wall in front of his medical shop. The petitioner has obtained an order from the Executive Magistrate under Section 144 of the CrPC. The said order was subsequently kept in abeyance by the Executive Magistrate since the petitioner has filed a civil suit being OS No.65 of 2022. The Court below has appointed a Commissioner for local inspection. The petitioner submits that since after the filing of the writ petition, the back portion of the petitioner's shop has been broken and goods and articles have been stolen. A complaint has been lodged with the Ramnagar Police Station in this regard.

Let FIR be registered immediately.

The parties may thrash out their civil differences in the pending civil suit.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
