1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner's father was engaged as Group-"D" staff in CSTC. Her father died-in-harness on 7th January, 2016. The petitioner has prayed for compassionate employment.

3. Let the Managing Director of CSTC consider the representation dated 29th May, 2023 being Annexure - P/5 at page 17 of the writ petition within a period of two months from date.

4. Let the consideration by the Managing Director of CSTC be communicated to the writ petitioner within seven days thereof.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
