In view of the nature of the accusation, we are of the view First Information Report ought to have been registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Bearing in mind the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4761 of 2022 is dismissed.
