1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be taken on record.

2. Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 658 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), First Court at Barasat, North 24-parganas. Learned Counsel submits for the petitioner submits that there is an application for temporary injunction which is pending disposal since 2022 and therefore the appropriate directions may be issued for disposal of same in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have opposed the prayer. Learned counsel submits that in fact, before filing of present title suit the opposite party had filed Title Suit No. 629 of 2022 in which

the learned Trial Court granted an injunction order on 27th June, 2022.

4. Learned counsel submits injunction has already been granted.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties submit that in fact, petitioner had been taking adjournments before the learned Trial Court.

5. The factum of the earlier Title Suit No.

629 of 2022 has duly been disclosed in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also showed the orders of the learned Trial Court. Perusal of which shows that plaintiff/petitioner had been appearing regularly.

6. Without going into the contentions and averments of the parties learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the temporary injunction application in Title Suit No. 658 of 2022 expeditiously in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. It is pertinent to mention that this Court has not gone into merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on merits of the case.

7. Hence the civil revision application is disposed off.
