Report filed by the State is also taken on record. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners had lodged an FIR alleging forgery of a deed by the private respondent. The investigation is not being done properly. Till date no charge-sheet has been submitted.

Learned advocate for the State relies on the report and submits that on the complaint made by the petitioners, an FIR was registered. The case is being investigated. The learned sessions judge had granted anticipatory bail to the accused in this case. It appears that on the complaint of the petitioners, an FIR was registered.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
