Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Petitioner was earlier granted bail but because of the noncompliance of Section 41A Cr.P.C notice, his bail was cancelled and warrant of arrest was issued. The execution of the warrant of arrest so issued by the learned Magistrate in connection with Habibpur P.S.Case No. 227/2023 dated 02-03-2023 be stayed till 6th October, 2023. In the meantime, if the petitioner appears before the learned trial court, he may be allowed to continue on the same bail but furnish a fresh bond with conditions that will ensure his appearance both before the Investigating Agency as well as the court. In case the petitioner do not appear within the scheduled date, the learned C. J. M, Malda would then proceed for taking

steps under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. . With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3556 of 2023 is disposed of.
