sg appeared on 11.09.2017. Since then, he did not turn up, even after several opportunities.

Administrative notice issued pursuant to the order dated 28.11.2024 could not be served upon the opposite party as he was not available at the address mentioned in the revisional application. However, the petitioner was informed by her Learned Advocate, as it appears from office report dated 19.12.2024.

Admittedly, the petitioner, Sunita Tiwari made this revisional application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of Misc. Execution Case no. 28 of 2013 arising out of Misc. Case No. 87 of 2006 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

The present status of the said pending execution case is also not available. The proceeding, thereof has not been stayed by the order of this Court. Parties do not represent, despite several directions. This matter is pending since 08.09.2017. Therefore, I do not find any substance in this case and is deserved to be dismissed.

Accordingly, criminal revisional application being CRR 3049 of 2017 is dismissed, but without any order as to the costs. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
