Goutam Tewari The grievance of the petitioner relates to the execution case which was filed, which according to her is being protracted at the instance of the private opposite party, as also there are systematic delays.

If the said execution proceeding is pending till date the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan would resort to harsher process of law and take all efforts for disposing of the same within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations CRR 3050 of 2017 is disposed of.

All pending connected application, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any is hereby vacated.
