However, report submitted by the State reflects that the accused persons by producing fake death certificate changed the name in the record of rights. Over the said issue, Banshihari PS Case No.

of was registered for investigation on or about 21.04.2025.

Subsequently, necessary corrections have been made in the record of rights in favour of the petitioner.

Presently, the police authorities

have been conducting raid but could not lay hands on the accused persons who, according to the petitioner, have fled away. The same is disputed by the petitioner.

Having regard to the nature of the investigation and the manner in which the investigation is progressing, I direct the Additional Superintendent of Police in charge of Banshihari Police Station to monitor further progress of the investigation of the case.

In the meantime, the police authorities would ensure that the accused persons in no manner disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22653 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Copies of the report

be handed over to the petitioner.
