The petitioner's application seeking transfer on self-medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission since 30th August, 2022. The view of the Chief Medical Officer of Health is known to the authority.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take steps to dispose of the petitioner's application seeking transfer strictly in accordance with law without any further delay but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It will be open for the Commission to obtain up-to-date medical report of the petitioner from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of Health.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
