1. The petitioner was initially serving in the Momin High School, Kolkata. She stood transferred to the Kankinara Himayatul Ghurba High School.

2. Her allegation is that her service records are required to be sent from her erstwhile school to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Kolkata to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Barrackpore.

3. The transfer of the petitioner in the Kankinara Himayatul Ghurba High School has already been approved by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Barrackpore.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents is yet to receive instruction in the matter.

5. As it appears that the service of the petitioner in the transferred school has already been approved by the concerned authority, accordingly, all service records including provident fund records of the petitioner which are in the custody of the previous school are required to be forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Kolkata to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Barrackpore.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of by the directing the teacher-in-charge of the Momin High School, Kolkata to complete and update within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order the service book and provident fund records of the petitioner so that the same may be transferred to the jurisdiction where the petitioner is currently serving.

7. District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Kolkata is directed to transfer the updated service records including provident fund records of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Barrackpore at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving the updated records from the former school of the petitioner.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
