Ms. Sumita Sen, learned Advocate for the petitioners submit that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the order of the Appeal Committee dated 31st July, 2025 has already been complied by respondent no.2, Chairman, Birbhum District Primary School Council. She files a copy of the letter under Memo no.

BDPSC/GEN/2088/2025 dated 10th November, 2025 of respondent no.2, which is taken on record.

2. Respondent no.15, Mr. Rahul Dev Mandal appearing in-person, submits that he has no grievance.

3. In view of above, the writ petition being WPA 23410 of 2025 stands dismissed as being infrunctuous.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
