Re: RVW 39 of 2022 The ground of review is non-consideration of Memo dated 22nd July, 2013. The said Memo has been specifically dealt with in third paragraph of the order dated 19th February, 2020 passed in MAT 1392 of 2018.

Accordingly, there is no scope to review the order dated 19th February, 2020.

RVW 39 of 2022 is thus disposed of.

In view of disposal of the review application there is no necessity to recall the order dated 19th February, 2020.

CAN 2 of 2022 is thus disposed of.
